A 2025-26* W&M parking permit is needed to park on-campus (including ADA/handicapped). 
Osher parking permits are processed by the Osher staff only during early registration* (see below). 
After Jan 14, you must visit the Parking & Transportation Services Department in person to buy the permit.

You need an Osher parking permit for Spring 2026, IF:
1. You have classes at the School of Education or Keck Lab
                             AND/OR
2. You intend to use your state-issued Handicapped/ADA placard or license plate to park anywhere on campus

3. Note: you have an Osher parking permit from Fall 2025, it remains valid through August 2026. Do not buy another.

To purchase an Osher parking permit (after Jan 14):  
1. Download and complete the 2025-26 parking permit application
2. Visit Parking Services in person with your completed form and $17 fee (by credit card, check or cash)
3. Parking Services is located in Campus Center, 104 Jamestown Road. Park in Hunt Circle (off of Griggs)
4. Permit will be issued on the spot

Your permit IS NOT at Parking Services...here's how to pick-up your permit:

1. *Thurs Jan 29 ONLY from 10a - 4p
2. School of Education, 301 Monticello Ave, Williamsburg
3. After Jan 29, you must email osher@wm.edu and make an appointment to pick up your permit at the Osher office.
Our office hours are generally M-F 10a-4p. Please, no walk-ins, as there may not be a staff member to assist you.

*Note: the scheduled hang tag pick up at School of Ed on Wed, 1/28 has been cancelled. Pick-up is still available on Thur, 1/29.
